He is the co-founder and CEO of ATEX Resources, where he led the acquisition and advancement of the Valeriano copper-gold deposit. Carl previously co-founded and served as CEO of Atacama Pacific Gold and Andina Minerals—Chile-focused precious metals explorers that were acquired by Rio2 and Hochschild, respectively. His career has been centered on building exploration companies through discovery, project development, and strategic transactions.

He previously served as Exploration Manager and co-founder of ATEX Resources and was Chairman and co-founder of Atacama Pacific Gold. He has also held senior leadership roles including General Manager and co-founder of Andina Minerals and Senior Vice President of Exploration at TVX Gold. Dr. Schneider brings deep expertise in exploration strategy, project evaluation, and mineral discovery across a range of commodities and jurisdictions.

Rob Suttie is the President of Marrelli Support Services and has over 20 years of experience in financial reporting and advisory, including 10 years in public accounting. He specializes in management advisory services, accounting, and financial disclosure for publicly listed companies, and serves as CFO for multiple issuers within Marrelli’s public company client base. Rob is also a director of Rupert Resources Ltd., BuzBuz Capital Corp., and BE Resources Inc. He brings strong expertise in governance, capital markets reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Brent Peters is a finance executive with over 20 years of experience in the mineral exploration sector. From 1996 to 2020, he served as Vice President, Finance and a Director of Northfield Capital Corporation, an investment holding company. He has held officer and/or director roles with numerous publicly listed companies, including Gold Eagle Mines Ltd. (formerly Southern Star Resources Ltd.), Geoglobal Resources Inc., INV Metals Inc., and Aranka Gold Inc., and has served as CFO and audit committee member for various issuers. Brent is currently a director of Copper Reef Mining Corporation and holds a B.B.A. from Brock University (1996).
